Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and print your prepaid shipping label.

Pack Your Items

Place the unworn footwear or accessories back into their original shoe box or packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the items are in sellable condition.

Drop Off the Package

Securely seal your return package, attach the provided shipping label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or your nearest Call It Spring store.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
